Our positive emotions are created by six neurotransmitters in the brain.
When you experience, plan, or recall a good moment, those neurotransmitters are activated. In fact, when you relive a moment, you feel the same positive emotions you experienced in the moment that created the memory.
CREATE AND RATE GOOD MOMENTS
Pay attention to moments when you feel good. Add a memory to Matter with a photo and other details to Matter and rate the positive emotions you felt during this moment. Your emotion ratings are used to estimate the neurotransmitter levels in your brain. This data is translated into your Matter Score.
